* However, it is sometimes necessary for us to close due to cold or bad weather or for mechanical or maintenance purposes. Please keep in mind this is a possibility at any time. If you have made a reservation and we find it necessary to close we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. If we do not reach you, you will be notified as you arrive at the kiosk. We apologize to you in advance if this were to occur.
* Management reserves the right to cancel a tour at anytime. Refunds will be issued only when a tour is cancelled by management.
